	Sweet Punkin Diaper Covers Custom Our diaper covers are made of one or two layers of PUL (polyurethane laminate).  This is a soft polyester knit fabric with a very thin layer of waterproof laminate on the back side.  We bind the edges in plush fold-over elastic and use Aplix brand closures for easy adjustments.  One layer is usually adequate for most uses, but for heavier wetters and overnight, two layers will provide more protection.  It's really a matter of personal preference.          Size chart:       Extra small:  5-12 lbs      Small        :  10-16 lbs      Medium    :  15-25 lbs      Large        :  20-30 lbs      Extra Large:  25-35+ lbs PUL colors
