Sandwich PUL is two layers of polyester knit with a layer of laminate in between, so only the soft knit will touch your baby's skin. It is bound with soft fold over elastic that won't leave marks on baby's thighs. Aplix closures for easy adjustments, and crossover tab to fit even the tiniest waist.
